Effective July 1, 2020, the Provider Service Number is changing for our Access, Select, Liberty and Reserve Medicare Plans.
The new phone number, 1-833-857-5715, will be updated on the Provider Portal and in the Provider Manual. It also will be listed on the Member’s updated ID card in the area highlighted below:
