If you haven't already, you will soon receive a welcome letter with your Provider ID or Network Identification number. The welcome letter also includes the line(s) of business with which you are contracted and effective date(s).

IMPORTANT: Keep your Provider ID handy. You will need it when registering for our secure Provider Portal and for managing your business with Wellcare Health Plans, Inc. (Wellcare).
