Beginning January 1, 2027 your Wellcare PDP plan will have a monthly premium. To help avoid missed payments, you can sign up to have your premium deducted from Social Security, or Railroad Retirement Board benefits, pay your premiums in full for plan year 2027 or set up monthly payments in our secure member portal at member.wellcare.com. If you do not have a member portal, you may use our guest payment site to pay monthly or in full at wellcare.com/guestpay. Failure to pay your monthly premiums can result in loss of your prescription coverage.
