Missouri Care has teamed up with Curves to offer a weight-loss program to eligible members.
With this new benefit, members will be able to:
- Participate in the Curves Complete® Program
- Join a 30-minute fitness program
- Have one-on-one counseling with a Curves nutritionist
- Get help creating shopping lists and recipes
Members must do the following to join the Curves Complete program:
- Make an appointment with their PCP to complete the baseline form before enrolling in Curves Complete®. Members must also have their PCP complete an outcome form at the end of the three- month program.
- Attend a Curves Complete® session between three and six times a week. Members must have reliable transportation. Missouri Care does not provide rides to and from the facility.
We are asking for your help to assist our members to make these healthy lifestyle changes. The program is at no cost to the member. It expires in three months. It is possible to extend this benefit for an additional three months. To do this, the member must attend a Curves Complete® session between three and six times a week and reach the goals given to them by their Missouri Care health coach.
