This push notification reminds members to take medicines as prescribed and educates the member on potential reminder strategies.

QI Multiple Measure: Text Message

 

This SMS will be sent to members to provide them an update that they should schedule any/all visits, tests, and exams.

Diabetes: Push Notification

 

This push notification will be sent to members to encourage them to schedule an eye exam.
