We are on the way to compliance! Please be advised that on January 1 2021, participating and nonparticipating providers can continue to bill for services that are part of the Electronic Visit Verification mandate exactly as they do today. HHAeXchange is live and can be used for billing if you decide to go that route. At a minimum, providers must be able to log into HHAeXchange for scheduling visits and verification beginning January 1, 2021.
Providers can continue to use the existing process to obtain authorizations. However, HHAeXchange is available for this function as well.
