Provider Town Hall

YOU ARE CORDIALLY INVITED

Please join Harmony Health Plan for a Provider Town Hall Meeting designed to bring leadership and subject matter experts together with you to share information and engage in productive dialogue.  As a valued partner, we want to share with you details on:

• The importance of Quality in our Health Plan
• Our revamped Customer Service strategy for our Call Center, our Provider Relations team and the whole of our organization
• Navigating our updated website
• Appeals and grievances
• Claims, Authorizations, Credentialing and more

In addition, we will make sure adequate time is saved to discuss those issues on your mind, including things like:

• Who is my PR rep
• How do I get referrals
• Why was this claim denied
• Working with Case management

There will be seven Town Hall sessions offered in several expansion areas on selected dates which is listed on the next page.  Each session will begin at 09:00 am and conclude at 12:00 pm.  Continental breakfast will be served at each location.  Water and coffee will also be available. 

Please help us plan for the event by providing us with your RSVP. Space is limited, so we ask that you be selective about whom from you organization will attend. Once registered, a confirmation email will be sent.
