Keep Your Benefits – Remember to renew every year!

Thank you for trusting us with your health care needs. We value members like you. So we want to remind you to renew your Medicaid coverage every year. If you don’t renew, you could lose your health care coverage and have to reapply. You could also lose your Staywell Over-the-Counter (OTC) and Healthy Rewards benefits.

Ways to Renew:

  • Online – Login to the MyAccess self-service portal at
  • By Mail – Fill out the form and mail it back as soon as possible. Be sure to fill out the form correctly. It’s important that Department of Children and Families (DCF) has your current phone number and address
  • By Phone – Call Department of Children and Families (DCF) at 1-866-762-2237. TTY users may call 1-800-955-8771.
  • In Person – Visit your local Department of Children and Families (DCF) office.  Find an office near you.

When should I renew?

When it's time to renew your Medicaid coverage, the Department of Children and Families (DCF) will send you a renewal form. 

Be sure to report changes

If your address has changed, please contact Department of Children and Families (DCF) or login to your MyACCESS account to report the change. That way your new card will be mailed to the correct address.


If you have questions, please contact your local Department of Children and Families (DCF) office. Staywell can not process your renewal for Medicaid coverage.
