Welcome, and thanks for being a member of our Prescription Drug Plan (PDP). We know you have lots of options and we appreciate the trust you place in us to help you get the medicines you need to stay healthy.

We recognize that some of you haven’t received your plan materials yet, and may have experienced long hold times when calling Customer Service. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Please be assured that this is not the standard we hold ourselves to, and we will do better going forward.

We've worked around the clock to correct this situation. At this time, all plan materials have been mailed, and our Customer Service hold times have dramatically improved.

If you’re a new member in 2019, here is some important information to help get you started using your plan:

When does my plan coverage begin?

You can begin using your benefits starting January 1, 2019. 

When is my first premium due?

Your first premium is due by January 28, 2019. You’ll receive your first statement no later than the second week of January, but you don’t have to wait for the statement to pay your bill. You can access your secure online account to set up payments and view other plan-specific information beginning January 1.

When will I receive my plan materials?

A post-enrollment kit including your member I.D. card and other plan materials has already been mailed. If you haven’t received yours yet, please be assured that it is on its way.

In the meantime, you can go to the pharmacy with your red, white and blue Medicare I.D. card and provide the following information to pick up your prescriptions:

Can I find my plan information online?

Yes! You can use this website to access important plan documents and other plan information. Start with the Find My Plan tool to locate your plan information:

Step 1: Start at and use the “Select State” button in the upper-right corner to select your state.

Step 2: Once you are on your state landing page (state will be visible in top right corner), hover over “Members” and select “Find My Plan” under Prescription Drug Plans.

Step 3: Select “Medicare,” enter your zip code, then click “Search.” The plans available for that zip code will populate.

Step 4: Find your plan on the list and click “Go to Plan Details.” 

Step 5: On the Plan Overview page, you’ll find the Evidence of Coverage (EOC), Summary of Benefits and other important plan documents.

Use the tabs to the right of the page to learn additional details about your plan.
