Standard shipping is always FREE but patients can request overnight delivery for an additional fee. Best of all, using our preferred mail service can help patients avoid a gap in Medicare coverage. 
• Convenient, Reliable Delivery – No more waiting in lines at the drug store. Order prescriptions up to four times a year. Order up to four times a year, and receive your prescriptions within seven to 10 business days.
• Safety and Accuracy – Registered and licensed pharmacists personally handle each order.  Special packaging ensures that prescriptions are handled in accordance with FDA safety standards. 
• Guidance – Our staff focuses on helping patients manage their prescription drug costs. Pharmacists are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to answer any questions your patients have.

How to Get Started
Choose one of the three options below:

• Option 1: You or your patient can call us at 1-866-740-2539 (TTY 1-866-507-6135), Monday–Thursday, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Eastern and Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Eastern. Our representatives can enroll patients within minutes. Please have current prescription label(s) available when calling.

• Option 2: Patients may mail a completed member enrollment form [.PDF, 191 KB] and prescription order form [.PDF, 76 KB] along with prescription(s) to Exactus Pharmacy Solutions, PO BOX 31422, Tampa, FL, 33631-3422.

• Option 3: Fax your patient’s prescription(s) and a completed order form to 1-866-892-8194.
