As a WellCare member you are not required to use mail order prescription service to obtain an extended day supply of maintenance medications.  You have the option of using a retail pharmacy in WellCare's pharmacy network that has agreed to special terms and conditions allwoing you to receive an extended supply of maintenance medication at the retail location.

If you choose to use a mail order service, WellCare has different options available to you.  Generally, it can take up to two weeks to process and ship your order.

WellDyneRX Mail Order Pharmacy is one of the options available to you.  You can get more information about filling your prescriptions by mail with WellDyneRX by calling WellDyneRX's Member Services Department at 1-888-479-2000 (TTY users can call 1-800-900-6570).  The WellDyneRX Member Services Department is open 24 hours a day.

Walgreens Mail Order Pharmacy is another option available to you.  You can get more information about filling your prescriptions by mail with Walgreens Mail Order by calling the Customer Care center at 1-888-265-1807 (TTY users can call 1-800-925-0178). The Customer Care Center hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 8pm Eastern and Saturday 8am to 12pm Eastern.
