WellCare Access

You can enroll in WellCare Access if Medicaid covers your Medicare Part A and Part B deductibles, co-pays, and coinsurance. This plan offers medical and Medicare Part D prescription drug coverage. WellCare Access is a Medicare Advantage Special Needs Plan for people with limited income. (Your state determines if you are Medicaid eligible.)

WellCare Advance

Seeking a plan that offers medical coverage WITHOUT Medicare Part D prescription drug coverage? WellCare Advance is a good option for those who have prescription drug coverage through other sources.

WellCare Advocate Complete

You can enroll in WellCare Advocate Complete if you are eligible for both Medicare and the New York State Medicaid Managed Long Term Care Program. This plan coordinates your Medicaid long-term care benefits with your Medicare medical and Part D prescription drug benefits. (The State determines if you are Medicaid eligible.)

WellCare Choice
The WellCare Choice Plan is one of our most popular plans. You’ll receive medical and Medicare Part D prescription drug coverage.

WellCare Dividend

Paying a Medicare Part B premium? As a member of WellCare Dividend, WellCare helps pay towards this premium by giving you money back in your Social Security check each month. (If you don’t have your Part B premium withheld, you won’t have to pay money each month to Social Security.)

WellCare Dividend Plus

Our WellCare Dividend Plus Plan offers routine dental and vision coverage, as well as transportation to and from your doctor’s office. Just like WellCare Dividend, WellCare helps pay towards your Medicare Part B premium by giving you money back in your Social Security check each month. (If you don’t have your Part B premium withheld, you won’t have to pay money each month to Social Security.)

WellCare Essential

WellCare Essential offers no co-pay for skilled nursing facility stays, and offers medical and Medicare Part D prescription drug coverage. This plan also includes a point-of-service (POS) option which allows you to see non-WellCare providers for an additional cost with approval from the plan.

WellCare Liberty

You can enroll in WellCare Liberty if you are eligible for both Medicare and the New York State Medicaid Advantage Program. This plan will coordinate your Medicaid Advantage benefits with your Medicare medical and Part D prescription drug benefits. (The State determines if you are Medicaid eligible.)

WellCare Olympic

WellCare Olympic offers low or no co-pays for primary care physician (PCP) and specialist visits, and offers medical and Medicare Part D prescription drug coverage.

WellCare Passport

Traveling abroad or think you may in the future? WellCare Passport offers medical and Medicare Part D prescription coverage, plus World-Wide coverage for emergency and urgent care services outside of the US. This plan also includes a point-of-service (POS) option which allows you to see non-WellCare providers for an additional cost with approval from the plan.

WellCare Premium

WellCare Premium offers low or no co-pays for primary care physician (PCP) and specialist visits, and offers medical and Medicare Part D prescription drug coverage.

WellCare Prescription Plus

WellCare Prescription Plus offers Medicare Part D prescription drug coverage with no co-pays for Generic and Preferred Brand drugs – and offers medical coverage. This plan also includes a point-of-service (POS) option which allows you to see non-WellCare providers for an additional cost with approval from the plan.

WellCare PPO

With our WellCare PPO Plan, you don’t have to choose a primary care physician (PCP), and you don’t need a referral or approval from the plan to see out-of-network providers for covered services. Or, you can keep your out-of-pockets costs lower and more predictable by seeing providers in the plan’s network. This plan offers medical and Medicare Part D prescription drug coverage.

WellCare Reserve

WellCare Reserve offers additional benefits Original Medicare doesn’t, like coverage of routine dental services and over-the-counter health related items. This plan includes medical and Medicare Part D prescription drug coverage.

WellCare Rx

WellCare Rx coordinates Medicare Part D prescription drug coverage with your State Pharmacy Assistance Program (SPAP) – and provides medical coverage. This plan also includes a point-of-service (POS) option which allows you to see non-WellCare providers for an additional cost with approval from the plan. 

WellCare Select

You can enroll in WellCare Select if you have Medicaid benefits or if Medicaid helps you pay your Medicare Part A or Part B premiums. This plan offers medical and Medicare Part D prescription drug coverage. WellCare Select is a Medicare Advantage Special Needs Plan for people with limited income. (Your state determines if you are Medicaid eligible.)

WellCare Value

WellCare Value offers low or no co-pays for primary care physician (PCP) and specialist visits, and offers medical and Medicare Part D prescription drug coverage.

WellCare Value Plus

Our WellCare Value Plus Plan offers lower co-pays for Medicare Part D prescription drugs. In addition, you choose a primary care physician (PCP) from a pre-selected list of PCPs. This plan also includes a point-of-service (POS) option which allows you to see non-WellCare providers for an additional cost with approval from the plan.
