WellCare Access
If you qualify for Medicaid and Medicare as a Qualified Medicare Beneficiary (QMB), this plan may be for you. WellCare Access provides medical and Medicare Part D prescription drug coverage. This plan also offers services beyond those offered by Medicare and Medicaid. (Your state determines if you’re Medicaid eligible.)

WellCare Advance
Seeking a plan without Medicare Part D prescription drug coverage? WellCare Advance is a good option for those who have prescription drug coverage through other sources, and it offers medical coverage.

WellCare Advocate Complete
WellCare Advocate Complete is designed for individuals who are eligible for the New York State Medicaid Managed Long Term Care Program. This plan provides medical plus Medicare Part D prescription drug coverage. 

WellCare Choice
The WellCare Choice Plan is our most popular plan. You’ll receive medical and Medicare Part D prescription drug coverage. 

WellCare Choice Plus
Our WellCare Choice Plus Plan offers similar benefits to our WellCare Choice Plan, but the “Plus” means that you get more benefits. In addition, with WellCare Choice Plus, you choose a primary care physician (PCP) from a WellCare-selected list of PCPs.

WellCare Dividend
Paying a Medicare Part B premium? As a member of WellCare Dividend, WellCare helps pay towards this premium by giving you money back in your Social Security check each month. (If you don’t have your Part B premium withheld, you won’t have to pay money each month to Social Security.)

WellCare Dividend Plus
Our WellCare Dividend Plus Plan offers similar benefits to our WellCare Dividend Plan, but the “Plus” means that you get more benefits. Just like WellCare Dividend, WellCare helps pay towards your Medicare Part B premium by giving you money back in your Social Security check each month. (If you don’t have your Part B premium withheld, you won’t have to pay money each month to Social Security.)

WellCare Essential
WellCare Essential offers no co-pay for inpatient hospital stays, and you’ll also get Medicare Part D prescription drug coverage. 

WellCare Evergreen
A plan option that includes dental, WellCare Evergreen also offers preventive care, low to no co-pays for primary care physician (PCP) and specialist visits, and Medicare Part D prescription drug coverage.

WellCare Liberty
Available in select counties, WellCare Liberty is a joint venture with the State of New York and a plan for those who are eligible for both Medicare and Medicaid.  (Your state determines if you're Medicaid eligible.) 

WellCare Passport
Traveling abroad or think you may in the future? With WellCare Passport, you’ll get medical and Medicare Part D prescription coverage, plus an allowance for certain medical services received outside of the United States.

WellCare PPO
With WellCare PPO, you don’t have to choose a primary care physician (PCP) when you join. In addition, you don’t need a PCP referral to see out-of-network specialists, hospitals, and ancillary providers for covered services. This plan offers medical and Medicare Part D prescription drug coverage. (Except for emergency and urgent care, it may cost more to get care from non-participating providers).

WellCare Prescription Plus
The name says it all—in short, WellCare Prescription Plus provides Medicare Part D prescription drug and medical coverage.

WellCare Rx
For Illinois residents, WellCare Rx was designed to coordinate benefits with the State of Illinois’ Pharmacy Assistance Program (SPAP). This plan offers medical and Medicare Part D prescription drug coverage.

WellCare Select
WellCare Select is tailored for those who qualify for Medicaid and Medicare and/or qualify for a Medicare Savings Program (MSP). This plan offers medical and Medicare Part D prescription drug coverage. (Your state determines if you're Medicaid eligible.)

WellCare Select Plus
WellCare Select Plus is also tailored for those who qualify for Medicaid and Medicare and/or qualify for a Medicare Savings Program (MSP). WellCare Select Plus offers similar benefits to our WellCare Select Plan, but the “Plus” means that you get more benefits. In addition, you choose a primary care physician (PCP) from a WellCare-selected list of PCPs. This plan offers medical and Medicare Part D prescription drug coverage. (Your state determines if you're Medicaid eligible.)

WellCare Value
WellCare Value offers low or no co-pays for primary care physician (PCP) office visits, and offers medical and Medicare Part D prescription drug coverage. 

WellCare Value Plus
Our WellCare Value Plus Plan offers similar benefits to our WellCare Value Plan, but the “Plus” means that you get more benefits. In addition, with WellCare Value Plus, you choose a primary care physician (PCP) from a WellCare-selected list of PCPs.
