WellCare Choice:  Our most popular plan, the Choice plan provides preventive healthcare, low to no co-payments for many services and Part D prescription drug coverage for no or a low monthly plan premium.

WellCare Value:  Featuring no plan premium, the Value plan offers low to no co-payments for many services and offers even lower co-payments than the Choice plan.

WellCare Advance: Offers lower co-payments than the Choice plan on many services but does NOT offer Part D prescription drug coverage. This plan is a good option for those who do not need Part D prescription drugs.

WellCare Essential: For no plan premium, Essential offers low to no co-payments for many services and Part D prescription drug coverage.

WellCare Access: Tailored for those who have full Medicaid coverage as well as Medicare Part A and B coverage, this plan provides low to no co-payments and services beyond those offered by Medicare and Medicaid. Your state determines if you are Medicaid eligible.

WellCare Select: Tailored for those who have Medicare coverage and are also eligible for a Medicare Savings Program (MSP), this plan offers low co-payments. In general, if your annual income is below $17,568.00/year for couples or $13,164.00/year for individuals, you may be able to qualify. Your state determines if you are MSP eligible.
