WellCare Choice: Our most popular plan, the Choice plan provides preventive healthcare, low to no co-payments for many services and Part D prescription drug coverage for no or a low monthly plan premium.

WellCare Dividend: For those paying a Medicare Part B premium, WellCare pays $89.00 towards that premium for you – an increase in your Social Security checks of over $1,068.00 per year. In addition, the plan offers preventive care, low co-payments and Part D prescription drug coverage.

WellCare Access: Tailored for those who have full Medicaid coverage as well as Medicare Part A and B coverage, this plan provides low to no co-payments and services beyond those offered by Medicare and Medicaid. Your state determines if you are Medicaid eligible.
