Find Out If You Qualify

If you or your children currently have Medicaid, you can join WellCare’s Healthy Choice plan now. If you do not have Medicaid, but are eligible for it, you are also eligible for Healthy Choice. To join WellCare’s Healthy Choice program, you must live in WellCare’s New York service area, which includes the counties outlined below.
