The purpose of the Quality Improvement (QI) program is to establish a systematic process of Quality Improvement that strives to ensure a comprehensive, integrated system to access and improve the quality of care and services provided to your patients, our members. The QI program monitors and evaluates the quality and appropriateness of care and services rendered by providers to promote quality patient outcomes.
